Our Mission:
The West Central Ohio Regional Healthcare Alliance, Ltd. (WCORHA) is a network of community hospitals working together to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services.

Organizational Structure:
WCORHA is an Ohio Limited Liability Company (LLC). Each member has one equal vote, and is represented on the Board by the member's Chief Executive Officer. In addition, each member has the ability to choose in which WCORHA initiatives they will/will not participate. Initiatives are funded by contributions by member hospitals (based on operating expenses), and the revenues generated by WCORHA programs.
