The West Central Ohio Regional Healthcare Alliance (WCORHA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers employers the ability to offer counseling services to their employees.  Our licensed professionals can offer a variety of solutions in today’s challenging environment.  WCORHA also offers Life Management services that include financial consultation, legal counseling, tax preparation, and retirement planning. Components of the EAP include:

• EAP/ 24 Hour Access
• Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD)
• Drug Free Workplace Training
• DOT Supervisor Training
• Quarterly Employee Newsletters
• Supervisor/ Management Consultations
• Educational Hours included for client companies (General and Customized)
• Certified Substance Abuse Counseling (SAP), requirement of DOT
