The West Central Ohio Regional Health Care Alliance (WCORHA) can assist your organization with our new Worksite Wellness network. Our network of community hospitals have a shared vision of working together to promote health and wellness opportunities to businesses of all sizes. Research shows that poor health practices and existing health risks of employees have a significant impact on an organization’s bottom line, resulting in decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, increased employee turnover rates, and increased health care claims.
